
OUR HISTORY
Rehabilitation of an industrial waste land to provide services to companies and actors of the culture. Old registered office of the Maritime company Radio Company, specialized in l’installation and the maintenance of radioelectronic equipement of ships, the building was built on an allotment of 1820, in the district of the Large Carmelite friars. The suspension of activity of CRM, in 1986, turned to waste land this prototype of industrial architecture of the end of 19 2nd century.
Rehabilitated nowadays, the Maritime Radio Company - Phalanstere recovers its vocation of relay while offering the enterprises and actors of the culture and the creation, 600m2 of space of expression, promotion and communication.
Behind a structured frontage and a modenature recalling the Familistere of Godin, the Company Maritime Radio-Phalanstere, articulate around a zenithal glass roof and metallic framework of 13 meter high. It is the patio pivot on which opens up offices, rooms of conferences, shops of work or porch event for commercial vehicles.
Exceptional in terms of lights, colors and volumes, l’espace perfectly flexible, accomodates from 300 to 10 participants. It is ideal for all your events of conviviality, of photos, filmings, fashion parades, show room, creation, launching of product, meetings, formations….
Located at the hearth of the business district of Euromediterranee - Joliette, at a subway station of station TGV of St Charles, the Maritime Radio Company-Phalanstere is to 20 min. of l’aéroport of Marignane, in direct access by the motorways A51 and A55.
